GENERAL

Orders: All orders must be in writing. Faxed orders are acceptable.

Fax Proofs: No charge fax proofs will be sent on all imprinted orders.

Terms: Terms are Net 30, O.A.C., from date of invoice. Visa and Mastercard accepted for amounts of $100 or more.

Samples: Samples are shipped with customer's UPS or FedX numbers. Samples are billed with full credit allowed for subsequent order, or for item credit (not shipping credit) if returned within 30 days. Speculative samples are billed at the cost of the item plus hotstamp/silkscreen charges.

Less than minimum: Absolute minimum for imprinted items is 1/2 the first column minimum with a charge of $43.75. No minimum on unimprinted items.

Cancelled orders: Cancelled orders are subject to all costs incurred.

Returns: Imprinted merchandise and food and drug items cannot be returned for credit. Unimprinted merchandise returns incur a 20% restocking charge and must be pre-authorized by Kross within 30 days of original ship date.

Pricing: New price lists are issued annually. Call for pricing if your catalog is out of date.

Prices are subject to change without notice.

Factory reserves the right to substitute kit components with items of equal or greater value when necessary.

IMPRINTING

Artwork: Clean, camera-ready artwork is required. Electronic art is acceptable in PC TIFF, EPS, PSD or CDR11 (or earlier) or AI formats on 3 1/2" floppies, CDs or DVDs. Faxed art is not acceptable.

Artwork changes/cleanup: Artwork changes or cleanup will be billed at cost with a minimum charge of $15.

E-Mailed Art: PC Tiffs, CDRs or AIs created at 300 DPI or greater.

Straight line copy: PPAI quantity pricing includes typesetting up to 3 lines of straight line copy at no extra charge.

Imprinting methods: Varies with item

Hotstamping: Die & setup charge is $50.00. One color only and no exact PMS matches. Set-up on Re-runs: $25.00

Silk-screening: Screen/setup charge is $43.75. Set-up on Re-runs: $25.00

Padprinting: Plate & setup charge is $43.75. Set-up on Re-run: $25.00

PMS match: $30.00 per color matched as closely as possible based on Pantone color system. Exact match not guaranteed.

Embroidery: Embroidery tape charge varies with stitch count.

Overruns/underruns: Factory has a policy of shipping the EXACT quantity ordered.

Colors: Black suggested, but other standard colors are available. Actual finished color may vary depending on the color of the case that is being imprinted. All standard colors are available for silk-screening.

PRODUCTION/SHIPPING

Lead-time: Allow approximately 1-2 weeks for unimprinted and 2-3 weeks after art approval is received for imprinted orders.

Rush Orders: Rush orders (less than two weeks after art approval received) accommodated whenever possible with a rush charge of the greater of $30 or $10% of the product cost.

Shipping Method: Unless otherwise requested, all shipments will be sent by best method as determined by factory.

Split-shipments: Split-shipment charge is $6.25 per location plus actual freight charges.

Individual Drop-shipments: Individual drop-ship is $1.25 per item plus actual freight charges and remailer, if not already included.

Remailers: Included for Highway Emergency, Emergency Preparedness and Safe-T-Plug Cables.

Freight Policy: Freight is prepaid and added to invoice unless other arrangements are made.
